Hey guys!! In this episode I wanted to talk about the darker parts that I went through in the last 5 years. Being put in absolute isolation left me with nothing but my mind and that was a very scary thing to be left alone with. I wanted so badly to be understood, but I knew that no one that was around me could understand exactly what I was going through and that is why I wanted to be put in a mental institution. I wanted to be around people who could understand the things that were going on inside of my head.

I know that going through the harder times in your life can seem like there is no end to expierencing pain, but I promise you that there is light at the end of a very dark tunnel
