Hey guys!! In this episode I really wanted to focus on how I navigated one of the most impactful/painful times in my life into a journey that has brought me so much clarity, joy and fulfillment in my life.
I know that sometimes we can get stuck in our heads about our past and I wanted to share that sometimes it is good to look/analyze the things that happened in our past in order for us to move on and create the life that we deserve
In this episode I also shared how I used hate/resentfulness to boost myself out of a spiraling circle of depression. I do NOT support hating on people, however, I do think that sometimes in order for ourselves to fully release/let something or someone go that the pain we need to endure, integrate and release can only be processed if we allow in the pain that can be projected out at hate/resentment
Anyways, I hope that if this episode found you it helped you even in the tinest of way
I love you all and thank you so much for listening to this podcast

Hey guys!! In this weeks episode I wanted to talk about something that broke my heart...
...My nervous system has been so stressed out that it has been in "freeze" or "shutdown mode" Which means that everything that I LOVE doing was going against my body. I explain the changes that I've had to make and I will be honest, they are not the changes that are fun or comfortable to make, but I am reaching a different phase of my life and in order to reach the big goal that I have for myself, I have to give up the things that are stressing my body out.
I recognized that I have been operating my life like a male's body and it was giving a toll on my hormones. The BEST part about being a women is being able to live life in flow, cycles and rhythms - yet I had been programmed throughout my whole life that the only way to become "successful" was to live life like a guy. One of the MAIN reasons why my nervous system has been "frozen' or has been "shutting down" was because I was not listening to my body and it was causing a lot of self doubt and depression to surface up in my life
I want to emphasize the importance of listening to your body is taking the actions that your body is begging you to take. It's not always going to be comfortable, but that's the point of growth is to get uncomfortable
Anyways, I just wanted to give you guys an update about what has been going on and I'll try to get back in track with a schedule to post more episodes.

Hey guys!! This episode is inspired by one of the girlies in the Unfuckwithable Fam Community. She was going through a breakup and I thought that sharing this type of advice would help so many people out there who are struggling and are looking for advice. This is the advice that I would've used back when I was struggling and looking for anyway out of the pain that I was expierencing. Over the years I have learned that grief is a process and a part of that process is feeling the emotions of lonliness so that way you can learn to love your own company versus depending on someone else to always be with you. I hope this episode can help those of you out there who are struggling and if you know someone it would mean so much to me if you would share this episode with them!

Hey guys!! In this episode I wanted to talk about some things that would definitely help those out there once you get out of college and have time on your own. I know that these things have honestly helped me change the way and direction that I took for my life when I had to leave all my friends that I had in high school in order to graduate early. When you are in your 20s you are still figuring out where you belong in this world, who you are and what you want to pursue when it comes to a career/passion
When I left high school it was a bit lonely since all my friends still were surrounded by school, their friend groups and were still involved in clubs/sports. Change in any part of your life is never easy, but that is why I made this episode and this is the advice that I would give my younger self if I could go back in time to figure things out when I was going through a really dark period in my life. Anyways I hope this episode reaches those out there looking for more growth in their current life/lifestyle

Hey guys!! In this episode I wanted to talk about the darker parts that I went through in the last 5 years. Being put in absolute isolation left me with nothing but my mind and that was a very scary thing to be left alone with. I wanted so badly to be understood, but I knew that no one that was around me could understand exactly what I was going through and that is why I wanted to be put in a mental institution. I wanted to be around people who could understand the things that were going on inside of my head.
I know that going through the harder times in your life can seem like there is no end to expierencing pain, but I promise you that there is light at the end of a very dark tunnel

Hey guys!! Welcome to SEASON 2 of the podcast! I took some time off of podcasting and honestly just took a rest time in my life due to a mental health reset and trying to capture the clarity of where I wanted to head in both my life and the direction that I wanted to take my career. In this episode I talk about what it really means to start choosing yourself. When it comes to choosing yourself, it goes wayyyy deeper than just enjoying your own company and being mindful with the company that you keep around you, yet I find that most people do not talk about how choosing youself isn't a one time thing. Choosing yourself is a life long decison that you need to make if you want to continously see yourself grow and heal. If you are wanting to make a change in your life, or want to start to be more intentional with the decsions that you make in your life then this episode is definitely for you!

Hey guys!! This episode is more emotional and intmate than my other episodes since as I was recording this episode, I was unlocking more and more about what has been keeping me stuck in a constant cycle of believing in myself and then letting self doubt creep in. Self sabotage is a REAL thing and I have been wanting to get clarity on why I kept repeating the same self sabotaging patterns. I am so grateful to have this epiphany about what has kept me stuck because now that I am aware, I can finally let go and move on
Hey by chance if you are wanting to partner with a health and wellness brand you can DM me on instagram @sofia.a.lola

Hey guys!! In this episode I really wanted to share the "secret sauce" of what I did to understand my emotions at a deeper level, which helped me transform my life. It's easy to get caught up in the emotions in the moment of when something bad or unexpected is happening in your life, but it is so helpful when you can understand that in the long picture life is actually helping you grow and become a better/more healed version of yourself. Being able to understand and LISTEN to your body when it is communicating to you can be so TRANSFORMATIONAL

Hey guys!! In this episode I wanted to share my expierence of how I started my healing journey. As someone who used to be very shy and used to struggle a lot with social anxiety, being stripped of everyone and everything that distracted me from having to look within myself to explore and discover what was REALLY going on was a very essential path that I needed to go through in order to find my purpose
A lot of people think that their purpose is the thing(s) that you do, but it actually is about who you become
If you are looking to start your healing journey, then I recommend that you listen to this episode. Along with sharing with your family and friends about how transformative it can be to spend time alone, allowing yourself to figure out who you are in a messy and non-judgmental way
