Hey guys! (This episode is a little more SPICY than usual episodes) In this episode I really want to talk about how I was able to fall in love with my body, mind and create such a healthy relationship with food. Growing up I did not have the greatest role models when it comes to the relationship with food and so I shamed myself for so long and the way I coped with what was happening when I was younger was through eat. Going through this journey has brought such a great appreciation and awareness of how much sensual guided meditations and sexual pleasure work can change your life (Espsecially your Sex life)

Hey guys! In this episode I wanted to share the things that I have learned over the past few years with having to deal with a lot of men that were abusing me in a narissistic way. This is in no way to spread hate to men, I personally think that women can be just as cruel, but I have experienced more from dealing with narcissistic men. These are the things that I do now when I am confronted with someone that I see has narcissistic tendencies or behaviors. I really hope that you are not confronted with these types of people, but if you are then I hope this episode can help you remove these types of people out of your life

Hey guys! Welcome back to this weeks episode! I really wanted to share this episode because I know what it can feel like when you are struggling, and especially when someone has hurt you so badly that it is hard to trust anyone or allow anyone to get close to you. Story telling is one of the best tools that I used early on in my journey of personal discovery and it helped me reframe the situation that hurt me in the past and to be able to forgive not only myself, but the people in my past. Being able to create that closure that I needed is what helped me move on from my past, let go of the pain that I had been through and to pursue what was important to me.
