Episode 170: Seek, and You Shall Find ✨ “Arduous is not the path. Seek peace and you will find peace. Seek love and you will find love. Seek to be received, and you will be received.”

This is my final morning on the sacred island—for now. My heart is cracked open with reverence and gratitude for the miracles we've experienced. Today, I want to remind you of something simple, powerful, and often forgotten:

You are the magnet. And whatever you seek, you will find.

🌀 In this episode, I invite you to shift the magnet inside your body. To stop seeking pain and start seeking peace. To hand over the grief, the heaviness, the old patterns—and instead, ask God to show you what you truly want.

Episode 168: New Lenses, New Light ✨ “Just like I let the wind take your glasses... allow the divine wind to take your lens on this.”

This morning, God asked me to do something I didn’t want to do—officiate a wedding. Not because of the couple (they’re deeply in love). But because marriage is something I’ve struggled to believe in since my own broke apart. So I picked up that belief. I placed it into God. And just like that—my glasses blew off the ledge and were gone forever.

God said: “Let the divine wind take your lens. Crush the old ones. Choose new ones.”

Today’s episode is for anyone being asked to see something differently. To let go of the lens that pain gave you… and receive the lens God sees through.

✨ Sacred Message from God: “Give freely. Do not hoard. Do not hoard your time, your money, your presence. Give freely and more will be given. Give and you will receive. But you must give with a full heart. Expect nothing in return. Give as God gives.”

💛 This episode is an invitation into two holy energies: giving and being held.

We begin by breathing all the way to the edges of our skin, landing deeply in the body—because it’s through our bodies that we meet God, bring visions to earth, and receive the blessings that shift us on a cellular level.

Then we remember that true giving is not about transaction—it’s about devotion. We give because we are overflowing. We give because God gave to us first. And in that giving, we are made new.

And finally, I share a deeply personal story from when I was a 22-year-old mom—exhausted, afraid, and alone—and the moment I handed my crying baby to my mom and was finally able to rest. That’s what it feels like when we give our burdens to God. You don’t have to carry it anymore, love. You get to be held.

• Pick up whatever you’ve been carrying and place it into God. Let your body feel lighter. Let yourself rest.

• Ask for a blessing. Let your cells recalibrate to the frequency of your highest self.

• Ask God: What is the number one thing I am here to do today? Then do it.
