We have our very FIRST guest, Eleanor Heaton- Armstrong. She is a good friend of Cilia. She is a personal trainer, an instructor at F45 Stratford and knows her shit when it comes to food science. We also talk about how women are so fixating on eating to look a certain way and that has become more important than their health and wellbeing.
