"I was so scared of eating one spoon of rice. I thought I'd gain weight from it."
I lost fifty pounds, but that didn't change the way I felt inside. I still struggled with loving my own body and had really low self-esteem. If I felt fat, I wouldn't leave the house. If I felt skinny, I'd go party and drink a lot of alcohol.
From there, I found three ways to begin loving my body. I hope this podcast resonates with people who are on a journey to love themselves and their bodies.
