This Monday morning, I’m musing on what it truly means to me to be in love and in a relationship. 

And as I’ve thought about it over the years, I’ve realized that for me, pretty much everything I was socialized to believe about love is not only wrong, but the opposite of what actually works for me and my happiness. 

Which, I admit, is kind of a weird feeling. 

But it’s been working for me, and it’s been working for the people I have been creating these relationships with, so I like to share the ideas in case there are people out there with whom it will also resonate.
