They must be seeing something others don't, the same way they did when they birthed this idea to stream music almost 10 years ago.

I've been posting a lot lately about how corporations should treat employees. We are moving towards a direction where we as humans want to be valued and respected. Most companies have to start making this transition or they will be extinct. The future generations will not tolerate these old systems therefore a change must begin.
