This is my first recording of my experience as I transition into a new way of life. On a spiritual journey to unlock true self.

I used to do some spoken word. Call it spoken rant, but it was a way for me to be creative and in the moment. Everything I speak is not written down but off the top of my head. Enjoy!

Some spoken word that I wanted to share for in these troubled times the world can still be beautiful. If I can just get one person to smile... I've done my part.

In this episode I look at the Inconsistencies of my life and how it has impacted me. But I also go in to what I am personally doing to combat it.

In EP 2, we look at what it means to be fed and how to feed yourself. Plus "why it is important." This is huge when it comes to getting better at what you do or aspire to be.

In this episode I go through the process of not only questioning my emotions, but the effect it has on me and the situations I face.

This is the beginning of something really hard to share. The humanity of myself and all its flaws and facets. In hopes to document this transformative process that I can look back on my journey and see how far I've come.
