A little bit different episode today, hear behind the scenes of this last week when I was recording new independent adjuster training footage for a heavy equipment course, updates to the auto course, and also an entirely new course for hail.

So in this episode, I'm joined by Max Olson. Max is a body shop estimator turned IA, storm chaser, and cameraman extraordinaire who helped produce, direct, and film our new training videos. We discuss how it went and how we were feeling at the time of the filming.
