We all have a vision that we would desire to accomplish in our life, make time and plan accordingly to obtain success in your vision.

Suffering is life's greatest teacher, therefore,  self-care is not selfish, but it is vital for your family and your marital life as well. And it's this: Self-care is not selfish. Self-care is stewardship of the only gift we bring into this world. We neglect this gift to our own peril of others. If the point of the spiritual journey is wholeness and I believe it is then we must take care of ourselves.
