Ahh…..self-limiting beliefs. We all have them, but only few of us understand what they are and ever fewer know how to overcome them.
In a nutshell, self-limiting beliefs are usually assumptions or perceptions that we have about ourselves. These self-constructed thoughts are dangerous and what holds us back from living our lives to the full potential.
So in this episode we dive deep into understanding how self-limiting beliefs are formed, how they make vulnerable, and most importantly we will talk about different techniques such as: NLP, self-task and positive manifestation that will help to ELIMINATE these self-limiting beliefs for you.
Joining me is @MalinaWolter, a certified mindset coach that empowers women & men around 30 to evolve & get clarity about themselves & their path in life. She’s done her M.A in Business Psychology and is also a NLP guru who knows how to transform the lives of their client.

Confidence is the true power that can help us achive anything in life. So, I’ve decided to create a series in this podcast that’ll focus on particularly just confidence. On each episode within this series, we’ll explore a particular subject, that’ll help you become confident as a person, in life, work, socially and relationships.
TODAY’S TOPIC BECOMING SUPER CONFIDENT IS “KNOWLEDGE.”
For me I believe this is the most crucial ingredient in this cocktail of confidence that you must absolutely have. The reason cos I strongly believe that if a person can build their knowledge and really understand the topic, subject or matter of what they’re talking about then nothing can stop them.
So in this episode, we’ll discuss why KNOWLEDGE plays a key part in building confidence, how you can get good at attaining knowledge and what exercises can you do to start improving your confidence in this key area.
Also, as part of this series ritual I’ll be giving out an exercise that’ll help to become better at gaining confidence through knowledge gaining and sharing.
