What if the way you see life is not really how it is? We all build an understanding of the world and most of it is told to us without us having to really discover what it is. In this age of social media, a lot of experiences is being circulated and distributed and shared. This seems like progression, which it is but it also can work against our best interest. If working negatively, it can impact the stories we have told ourselves countless times as to how life is. Life is not how you see it, its how you make the best of it and what you make with what you got where you are today.
What are the thoughts that come to us when it comes to giving? Are we giving with the expectation of receiving it in some way or form, or are we giving unconditionally, with no expectation? Today's episode untangles our perception of giving from a lesson learned from nature.

We sometimes don't take the time to let go of our own assumptions on people, places, and situations. This could easily let us experience less out of the situation or even avoid the situation at all completely. open-mindedness never hurts, it allows for you to see that the world has more to offer than what you already know about it. Let go of assuming and be in the moment.
There is a lot that our mindset is responsible for. One, it is responsible for your perception of the world and yourself. There's so much that goes on in our minds and it's our responsibility to take care of this beautiful gift. Slow down your thinking, find clarity, understand that fear is only there to stop you from transitioning into a better you, and use action to transform that fear into confidence.
