This week, Andreas speaks with Panaikorn Chartikavanij, the co-founder and Managing Partner of Lakeshore Capital, a Thailand-focused private equity (PE) firm. Panaikorn shares why he and his co-founders started this PE firm around 10 years ago. He shares the portfolio companies and what Lakeshore has provided in terms of added values to their investees. The added value includes the ESG implementation, in which Panaikorn also provides some specific examples. They then talk about climate change and whether this issue has any impact in Thailand business space, both from the macro perspective or from the local company’s operations.
