IBM and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have formed a global alliance to bring AI and hybrid cloud solutions to businesses in 92 countries. Previously, IBM's software products were only available in five countries, but through this partnership, businesses in the 92 countries will be able to access IBM's software products directly through the AWS Marketplace. This expansion will simplify procurement for clients and streamline purchasing. The collaboration between IBM and AWS is expected to bring strong competition to the cloud software industry and provide monetization opportunities for both companies. Additionally, IBM is launching 15 new consulting services specifically for AWS environments.
