Hold down the volume down and up key, When you turn Talkback off, if you are using the hide screen, it will turn the screen back on; For the first time use, hold the volume keys down for 3 seconds; With Samsung, Bixby will turn talkback on or off, It will do it on the phone, tablet, and watch Pixel hold the volume keys down for 1 to 2 seconds.

Samsung has a alternative to use, Press the volume up and the power button; Gemini is available on all phones, Google assistance will not turn on Samsung talkback but will turn on google talkback; Google assistance will turn on either talkback with the watch, the command is 3 taps on the button to turn on. If you are a talkback user already, when you setup the watch for the first time, it will take the settings from your phone; You can turn off spoken feedback with turning speech off, but leaving talkback on.
