From where it all began at Reebok CrossFit One, Cal has made huge strides from neurophysiologist, to Palehorse CrossFit GM, and owner of Bauer Built. Now, Cal uses his background in science and medicine to help other athletes reach their potential. He even helped with Maysa’s snatch back in the day!

Meet Ronnie - owner of Starboard CrossFit, full time Dad, and previous nuclear engineer for the Navy. Ronnie found CrossFit after moving back to Charleston and loved how the workouts were similar to his bootcamp training. We talk about weight loss, performance goals, programming styles, and his four year old's love for squats. As a father, Ronnie is leading by example to promote a healthy lifestyle and body image from a young age in order to foster a future of strong women.  

Ronnie is in it for the long-term, and we dive in to how his love for dissecting things led him to owning a clean, community driven gym.
