U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a fugitive from Brazil, who entered the U.S. following his conviction for child rape earlier this year. The 62 year-old came to the U.S. last April under a tourist immigration visa but is expected to be returned to Brazil following a hearing before a federal immigration judge.
