Hey there! If you have been also facing burnouts lately then, you're not alone my friend. It's okay to feel this way, and we will figure it out. In this episode I tried to highlight the clump of emotions that we feel while having a burnout. But let's not take it too seriously, and rather just take a break. We must listen to our bodies and just pamper ourselves some time. Taking a break from the mumbo jumbo of the world, and enjoying by yourself is never a bad idea. Sometimes it's okay to, not be okay. So just take a deep breath and allow your tender heart and boggled brain to ‘feel’ and ‘sink in’ the emotion that it is trying to escape. Hope you feel better after listening to this.
