Icing The Puck

Have we just become an Avalanche podcast now?

Joking, but man is that team good. Lots to talk about this week!

Brian and Jordan go over the standings for each division and discuss positives and negatives of each team and how they compare to the others.

We are back with another episode of crazy takes and in depth discussion about Oreos!

Miko Rantanen suspended, Connor McDavid is a Leaf, AVS are a wagon!!!

You don't want to miss this!

Brian and Jordan are back from their week long break...

Just two normal guys talking about hockey. Some standing, suggested rule changes, rookies, points, and more!!

We're just chill guys who are all over the place when it comes to hockey.

We are one month into the season so it is time for our way too early, way too dramatic, and way to ridiculous tier ranking of each team based on factors like current standing, contracts, history, and more...

Are we mad for this? Maybe. Could we be right? Maybe. Only time will tell.

NHL Rookies are just built different!! Some drop right in and have a huge impact, some take a little bit longer to be ready. Either way, the future of the NHL looks bright. Brian and Jordan continue the discussion about the season so far and how the play of this seasons rookies have made a difference. Some teams are surprise contenders, some are total duds out of the gate. It's still early days, but we can't keep saying that forever...

2 weeks of hockey down, plenty more to go. How will things change over the course of the first few months? Brian and Jordan overreact to everything after only 5 or 6 games for each team. Is it so over for some? Are some so back? Is Brian moving to Buffalo???

The 2025-2026 hockey season is back and in full swing! The first week is in the books and there is plenty more to come!

Brian and Jordan discuss the recent player contracts and how each team/division is looking so far. Some things went as predicted, some apologies were made, and some changes may need to be made already!

Brian and Jordan are back with another episode! This week they discuss recent player signings, retirements, and some awards predictions.

Jordan has a few crazy takes, but what else is new? Could any of these awards be accurate? Does Kaprizov deserve the money?

Brian and Jordan are back! After a long hiatus, they boys are back to talk all things hockey. Brian and Jordan discuss big news and each division's possible rankings.

Part 2 of a 2 part return to the podcast, is all about the Eastern Conference. Does the east really suck? Who will improve? Will Florida threepeat?

Brian and Jordan are back! After a long hiatus, they boys are back to talk all things hockey. Brian and Jordan discuss big news and each division's possible rankings.

Part 1 of a 2 part return to the podcast starts with the Western Conference. Mcdavid, Vegas, and a whole lot of Central Division talk... We are so back!!
