He currently hosts the Re-Enchanting podcast and a newly-launched documentary podcast series The Surprising Rebirth of Belief in God.

His latest book ’The Surprising Rebirth of Belief in God: why new atheism grew old and secular thinkers are considering Christianity again’ (Tyndale) was published in Sep 2023.

Chris Steyn trained as a family doctor at University of Pretoria, before working at Kgapane Mission hospital in South Africa. He joined HCFI as a staff member in 1981 as part of its international ministry in HCFI. He was the CEO of HCFI from 2004-2018 and is now its President. He is based in the Netherlands.

Chris Steyn is overwhelmed by the privilege of being a follower of Jesus Christ; is grateful to be married to Elize; and astonished to be father of six and grandfather of thirteen.

The Christian Medical Association of Sweden, KLM, has had contact with their counterpart in Ukraine, CMAU, since 2011. Lars has visited Ukraine in 2016, 2017, 2023 and 2024.

This webinar will consider how encouraging godly conversational ministry helps us to love one another and builds up the body of Christ.

Steve Midgley is the Executive Director of Biblical Counselling UK. He was, until 2022, the Senior Minister of Christ Church Cambridge where he continues to have a part-time role. Steve has taught courses in biblical counselling in a number of theological colleges as a visiting lecturer. Steve is a board member of CCEF and of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He trained as a psychiatrist before being ordained. He is married to Beth, with three adult children and two grandsons.
