The Best Seller Natural Healing Book!👇
This educational presentation explores a simple natural remedy some people use in an effort to support the body's ability to clear intestinal worms and parasites and how a single spoonful of a traditional food or herb may fit into a gut-friendly routine for adults over 60. This video is intended for educational purposes only and encourages viewers to make informed decisions about natural living, and to consult a qualified healthcare provider, a suspected parasite or worm infection may require medical testing and proper treatment, which natural remedies are not a substitute for.

What Is Whipped Cream REALLY? I Put 4 Brands Under a Microscope
I put four popular whipped cream products under the microscope to find out what they actually look like — and more importantly, what makes each one work.
In this experiment, I compare Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, Reddi-wip, and Cool Whip at magnifications from 40X all the way up to 1,000X.
We start with real heavy cream and look at why milk fat makes cream taste so good, why it's so calorie-dense, and what actually happens when you whip cream and turn it into a foam.
Then I compare regular heavy cream with Horizon Organic. Does “organic” actually make cream different under the microscope — and what are you really paying extra for?
Reddi-wip takes us in a completely different direction. Inside that can is nitrous oxide — the same compound commonly called laughing gas. I explain why it's there, what pressure has to do with it, and how dissolved gas helps transform liquid cream into fluffy whipped cream when you press the nozzle.
And finally… Cool Whip.
I always thought Cool Whip was basically whipped cream in a tub. It isn't.
Cool Whip is a formulated whipped topping made with water, sweeteners, vegetable oil, dairy ingredients, emulsifiers and stabilizers. We look at why those ingredients are used and how an oil-and-water emulsion can also be turned into a stable foam.
Four products that can look almost identical on a piece of pie — but get there in very different ways.
So what IS whipped cream?
Let's put it under the microscope and find out.

Protein Powder vs Shakes — What's Actually Inside?
I put protein powder and ready-to-drink protein shakes head-to-head under the microscope to see what they actually look like at up to 1000x magnification.
In this investigation, I test four popular protein products: Muscle Milk, Fairlife Core Power, Premier Protein, and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey.
But we're not just putting them under the microscope.
Each protein also gets introduced to live rotifers — microscopic freshwater animals — so we can watch how these tiny organisms respond when their environment suddenly changes. And by the end of this experiment, Roti may have gotten a little carried away with the protein.
🔬 PRODUCTS TESTED
• Muscle Milk
Each product is examined from 40x all the way up to 1000x magnification.
Under the microscope, we can see some surprising differences between the ready-to-drink protein shakes and freshly mixed whey powder — including tiny droplets, suspended material, larger aggregates, undissolved solids, and other structures you'd never see just looking at the bottle.
And when we hit 1000x, things get really interesting.
Which protein surprised you the most?
And if there's another protein shake or powder you want me to put under the microscope, drop it in the comments. I read your suggestions, and yours may end up in a future investigation.

⚗️ EXPERIMENT NOTE
These microscope and rotifer experiments are for educational and entertainment purposes. The rotifer response is not a test of whether a product is safe, unsafe, healthy, or unhealthy for humans. Microscope observations describe visible structures in these individual samples and do not identify specific ingredients by appearance alone.
