    De ce que j'ai pu observer, je dirais que ceci revient souvent. Bien sûr, on n'est pas tenu de tout valider pour être brillant, encore moins aux mêmes périodes de sa vie. C'est un cheminement bien plus qu'un état fixe.

    Une dialectique permanente entre pensée convergente et divergente : en bref, allier à la fois discipline et créativité, tout en sachant passer de l'un à l'autre au bon moment.
    Le courage de regarder autant que possible ses propres biais en face. Faire passer sa quête de réponses avant son ego.
    Une résistance constante face à la pression sociale. Assumer une forme de solitude. Subir sans honte le fait de devenir une cible à certains moments de sa vie. Penser contre le groupe sans trembler de terreur. Si possible sans mépris et sans désir de revanche.
    Une capacité à multiplier les grilles de lecture, à les croiser sans les confondre, en faisant preuve de discernement et d'ouverture d'esprit en même temps.
    Un rapport au savoir transformé en dynamique intérieure permanente, en jeu, en épopée joyeuse et quotidienne.
