ICS Connects: Episode 13 with Thomas Reiser, Executive Director at International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis

The Future of Association Management

As an Executive Director of a large, global association, Thomas Reiser shares his current outlook and projections for the future of association management. COVID-19 has forced associations and planners to start doing what has been needed all along - effective crisis planning, testing governance models, and creating more virtual events to reach bigger audiences. Episode 13 of ICS Connects delves into predictions for the future, including incorporating membership models that target younger generations. The key is that associations will need to adapt to connecting in an emotional and personal way with their members immediately, as international meetings will be the last market to rejuvenate in a post COVID-19 era.
