Eccentric Orbits - 023a by ID_23

I chose 2 recent unfinished tracks, that I had considered layering prior to the disquiet prompt… so I did just that, I set up 2 channels one for each track, one slowed by 10% to roughly match the longer track, I simply adjusted levels for each and had a shared bus channel with additional eq and reverb(s), this in turn joins the originals in the master, which also has some lofi fx and more(!) reverb… recorded the output. Created using some numerology inspired input.:

“In China, 666 can mean "everything goes smoothly" (the number six has the same pronunciation as the character 溜, which means "smooth"

666 is also the sum of the squares of the first seven primes (2x2 + 3x3 + 5x5 + 7x7 + 11x11 + 13x13 + 17x17)

666 is the sum of the first thirty-six natural numbers, which makes it a triangular number:

Since 36 is also triangular, 666 is a doubly triangular number.

Also, 36 = 15 + 21 where 15 and 21 are triangular as well, whose squares (15x15 = 225 and 21x21 = 441) add to 666 and have a difference of 216 = 6 × 6 × 6.”

After setting up the sequencers, synth patches etc,

This was recorded in one take in AUM on iPad Pro

Sequencers used:

4Pockets Euclidean Sequencer - generated 4 midi sequences all 29/16 but some staggered and different rates and directions.

K Devices TATAT - generated another 29/16 sequence with added probability modulation.
