We all have budgets to work within our companies. We of course want to take as much home to our families as possible...but the cheapest discount products, services, and employees aren't the way to do it.

There are times that we let fear and anxiety control our decision-making and our destiny. However, if we allow ourselves to truly think things through and then follow through with action we can find ourselves defeating fear and anxiety and dominating our opportunities.

We all have an employee or two that isn't quite exemplifying our core values. Having a core values based conversation is the key to either see a huge uptick in attitude and performance or to weed them out. Trust me, even though we all need employees right now... an employee that is not a fit can cause more problems than solutions.

In our busy professional world, it's hard to break away from thinking about your businesses, teams, and important projects. This is why it's necessary for you to find ways to give back. This helps to take your mind off of work and really enjoy serving others in our community.
