A good leader must illustrate to his or her employees the correct procedures and processes required. If you want your staff to arrive at work on time, then you will need to follow suit. If you want to hold them accountable to doing their job, you have to be accountable. If you want then to dress and behave in a certain way, you have to show them what that looks like. Lead constructively by being a great role model, so your team knows what is expected of them.
