Today's guests are on a mission to save the planet, one microalgae at a time...and they are starting with the superfood, Spirulina. How? Well, they have devised a way to make spirulina taste good...yep, that's right, tasty spirulina that happens to also have even better nutritional values than the yucky stuff you are used to. Anna Hendra is the founder of Ocean Orchards and along with her partner, Adrian Spierings is part of the Flair Incubator family. I am delighted to have them with me today to share the story of their journey so far, in bringing their idea into reality.

I first met this week's guest when she was pitching her story on stage at the Western Downs Pitch Challenge. Candice Mason is the Founder of My Felt Lady, an e-commerce store that sells 100% wool felt...though the real purpose is to inspire creative inspiration in the minds and hearts of crafters all over the country. I knew that I would like today's guest before I met her. Ashley Jubinville and her partner Matt Weller are the Founders of Phyto, an innovative solution for butter lovers that want an alternative to the dairy variety...theirs is made from plants.

Why did I know I would like Ashley? She filled out her application for Flair Incubator as if we were having a chat, and after being invited to the Selection Bootcamp, she responded to our questions with quirky answers that let us get to know her character and personality. This of course was confirmed once we met in person, and having her and Matt involved in Flair has been a blessing, as, in addition to their passion and commitment, they bring butter!

This week I am delighted to introduce you to the next fabulous female founder in our Flair Incubator. Anna Battle is the founder of Shiny Happy Art. She creates experiences for everyday people who are looking for more creative ways to express themselves and to find that happy place to sit in at the end of the day, with a glass of wine in one hand and a paintbrush in the other.
