The Reflection is a podcast doing just that. We reflect on ourselves and our community, so that we can lead a healthier, more positive and productive lifestyle. Each episode will consist of a new topic of conversation (i.e. the importance of communication, staying positive, maintaining a growth mindset, how to live healthier and using A.I. for more efficient productivity).
