If you were to describe yourself in 3 to 5 words, what words would you chose? What terms shape your personal identity? We live in a context that encourages us to be “true to yourself” but also pressures us to conform to social norms. In the midst of this complexity, how should we view ourselves? As we continue our series on “Following Jesus,” we will see that one of the markers of a maturing Christian is that our sense of identity is grounded in Christ. This Sunday, we will see how the Bible explains this concept, and how we can put it into practice.
