As the calendar flips to a new year, many people often take the opportunity to make resolutions to change something, or do something, or not do something...because they believe something about themselves that guides their behavior. That's all well and good, but if all of this is based on a false identity that we have come to believe, then any resolution we make will likely fall apart.
