Junaid is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He has written extensively on military occupation, history, space and resistance in Kashmir. He has contributed essays of Kashmir in several edited volumes. His essays have appeared on renowned publications such as Economic and Political Weekly. Bill Koul is an author, philosopher, columnist, editor and engineer. He hails from Srinagar but is now based in Australia. He has authored a number of books with his latest due to be released this October: “The Exiled Pandits of Kashmir – Will they return Home?” which aims to look at Kashmiri Pandits with relation to their history and culture. Neelam is a Kashmiri born in England. Her family’s village in Azad Jammu and Kashmir is 2 hours away from the Line of Control. From a young age, she and her family have been involved in activism supporting the struggle for Kashmiri independence, specifically in solidarity with Kashmiris suffering in India. She has a Global Health BSc from Queen Mary, University of London and an MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases, she currently works for Public Health England. She is very passionate about conflict and health, infectious diseases and disease control programmes.

Haziq Qadri is a multimedia journalist based in New Delhi. He has worked for BBC India as a stringer from Kashmir where he covered politics, conflict, art and culture. He also freelances with Al Jazeera, TRT World, The Diplomat, The Express Tribune Pakistan and many other renowned news outlets.

Anuradha Bhasin is the executive editor of Kashmir Times and has been a veteran of three decades, writing about the Kashmir Region. She is active in civil society groups including the India Chapter of Pakistan - India People's Forum for Peace and Democracy; South Asians for Human Rights; Forum for Democratic Rights; Women's Regional Networking and Women of Ladakh.
