IDEOLOGY Part 2

This podcast is focused on conversations related to self defense. It is essential that we learn not only to defend ourselves but to also be able to defend our loved ones, should the occasion ever arise. Topics we’ll be discussing include: physical training, tournaments, combat, stand-up game, ground game, weapons... When your being Attacked you have to defend yourself at all cost, so you Attack the Attack that comes at you and be ready and aware in a 360 degree mode.
