In this episode I talk about women self defense workshops and classes . Having discussions with friends and coworkers on why try to organize classes and workshops when hardly anyone shows . Women say they want to go and train and learn but then don't show up or put in the effort to do it so I asked ( Why Bother ). there's a number of reasons why ladies / people don't train or do what they say they want to do. It could be time , location, cost, or the feeling that they really don't need to cuz they always safe. Its a number of things , So the question is .. why bother ?
No matter what I'm still training and coaching and will be there for people to help if they want to , Self Defense is very important to me .
