Most of us begin our day with a negative mindset, don't we?! The moment we wake up, we think, 'Ayyo.. Iniku ena nadaka poguthoo..!!!', 'Yaaru ena stress kuduka poranga loo..!!!', 'Life nammala eppudi vechchu seyya poguthoo..!!!'. :(
The problem with this negative mindset is that it could easily attract more negative things. And even if something minimally goes wrong, we would feel as if something big has happened and start stressing out :(. Do I make sense?! I heard a 'YES'!!! So, how to efficiently tweak our mind in order to start everyday as a clean slate/fresh page..?! How to begin our day more peacefully and happily..?!
