The Electoral Commission of South Africa, IEC says it is investigating the ANC's R102 million debt settlement with Ezulweni Investments. This follows a request by ActionSA for the IEC to investigate how the debt was settled. Ezulweni, a KwaZulu-Natal based marketing company took the ANC to court after its failure to pay the money it owed for 2019 election posters.
