IIFIYM means "If It Fits In Your Macros".  This is a diet that involves you counting the number of macronutrients vs. counting the calories you are consuming.  Because of the focus is more on proteins, fats and carbohydrates, this allows for a person to be much more flexible on what they can consume... As long as it fits in your macros.
