Today we dive into Exodus 16:23-28 to talk about working for the Lord, resting for the Lord, and forgoing our human nature to take control in the spaces of work and rest in our lives. Who is leading your life in these key areas and what are you allowing to direct you in those decisions?
Question: Do you keep your thoughts and motivations centered toward God in your work and rest? If so, how so? How do you go about managing to ensure you do the proper amount of work and receive the proper amount of rest? What are some examples of this done well in Scripture?
Action: Seek the Lord on whether or not there is any additional work you have added to your life that He would like you to pull back on. Do the same seeking the Lord on whether or not there is any additional work He wants you to add to your life for His glory.
