If only Minecraft were FLOSS
An old once lost speech I found on a backup

one of my first ever speeches as I was first getting into the topic of Software Freedom, one can tell it's an earlier speech since I use the term "Free and Open Source" as I had not yet wisened up to the topic enough to avoid that term
I never meant to not release this one, I just seemingly had accidentally deleted the file or something like that.
Fortunately as it turns out I had it in a backup and was able to restore it from there

Anyway apparently Notch the creator of Minecraft had said he was going to "open source" Minecraft later. But he never did do that, what he did instead is sell Minecraft to Microsoft. Fortunately Minetest/Luanti exists, which I've gotten into after having made this speech.
