What an episode to start with! I was completely in awe of Lauren's fresh perspective on business, the evolution of ideas, motherhood, creating your own rules, and redefining success and happiness with this new found identity. She is so honest, vulnerable and thoughtful throughout - and for those budding entrepreneurs who are figuring out the balance of this all consuming existence of children and work - there is a lot to be said for how Lauren chooses to go about it. I admire her so much!
