A space that since its doors opened in the 1860s, has stood proudly at the intersection of resilience, rebellion, and celebration. Unquestionably, one of the world's most prestigious and iconic buildings. A space that has been at the forefront of music, culture, sport, philanthropy, politics and science since its foundation in 1871.

A name that resonates globally as the pinnacle of all of the above. A space that has hosted the likes of Wagner, Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan, Quincy Jones, Pavarotti, Frank Sinatra, to name a few. And the countless men and women who have changed the course of history, names such as Albert Einstein, Nelson Mandela, Muhammad Ali, Emmeline Pankhurst and Stephen Hawking.
