An interview with Karim Blair, the owner and operator of AB Logistics.  Former IT Director in the non-profit sector who discusses his transformational journey to becoming an entrepreneur and launching his own logistic company. 

Karim quotes a phrase given to him by his mother "If you can help why not" a guiding principle that leads to his entrepreneurial transformational journey.  Karim also shares an analogy on how this journey is similar to diving in a pool and then learning how to swim.  He illustrates the difficulty of moving from the shallow end to the deep end, keeping your head above water in "choppy" conditions.  And also, offers his key decision-making factors, managing price points and avoid racing to the bottom.  Listen to hear about his goals, his drive and how he is still on that journey..." and that's ok...entrepreneur is a journey and your goals are always evolving..."
