Sometimes I wonder if it’s too late for people to wake up to what is happening in our society and globally. So many of us have fallen prey to wolves due to a lack of education, a head in the sand approach, or a lack of spiritual and intellectual armor. We are told what to think but rarely given the tools we need to learn how to think. We are told to “be nice” and that niceness requires obedience to societal dictates, while cruelty is found in Scriptural allegiance to G-d. Darkness for light, light for darkness. We are naive because we have failed to study some of the darker stories in Scripture. How wicked many of the Judges of Israel truly were (even the ones G-d uses in the end, like Sampson), how often Israel became enslaved, the obvious symbols of the world system vs G-d’s system, etc.

The battle isn’t that different today.

The good news is; we are still here. If you have breath in your body, it’s not too late. G-d’s not done. If you are just waking up right now, the timing is perfect. Now, don’t turn back.

So how do we break out of the knowledge barriers that have been set up?

It’s time to dig deeper, get mature in our Spiritual lives, get disciplined, focused, and learn how to read the map G-d gave us. The Bible is a magnificent roadmap, if you know how to read it.

At all times, it will lead you to the Savior. And that is the point. Has He really left us empty handed in dark times? Has He really left us without the information we need to navigate the now? Is the gospel message completed? What are we missing?

This is always my mission; to find what I’ve missed. Let’s look more closely at Scripture to see how G-d is preparing and empowering us for the now.
