We insure valuable things, but we never insure ourselves. The most important thing we have is ourselves, yet we allow people to take advantage of us. We allow ourselves to be waivered by other people and their nonsense. But just as you would not like to see your shiny car scratched, why don't we value ourselves the same way? Why does it not bother us when people scratch us mentally and emotionally? 

We need to start valuing ourselves, stopping people and things from "scratching us" We need to take out insurance policies on "Self."  I wrote a book about "Securing Self" below, you can get a free copy!
