Friends, I hope you’ve been well.
I’m going to keep it real and short this week - these past few weeks have been some of the most challenging times I’ve had to navigate since starting treatment for my lupus. I’m at the tail-end of the 3-month treatment but they rocked me hard.
Mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I know a lot of you think of me as this super strong, resilient, and positive person - and for the most part, I am.
And though I have studied psychology, been doing mindset work for the past decade, and coached others on it - it doesn’t mean I am immune to my own self sabotage and inner critic.
The last few weeks I have wanted to quit so bad.
