When we fight in silence, we give power to our struggle. When we bring it into the light, we limit its control over us.


Call to Action:

1) Start with choosing you: reframe the narrative you have in your head about where you are and give yourself the credit of what you've been through;

2) Share your story with yourself: journal, out loud, etc. (whatever works for you!)

3) Share small doses and slowly until you are more comfortable and watch what happens both with yourself and how people respond;

4) Create a web of support, share to create light, and show up for yourself and those around you.
