Dean Heyl is a veteran lobbyist, attorney and expert on issues impacting franchise businesses.  Heyl comes to IFA from the Direct Selling Association, where he was Director of Government Relations in addition to serving as an attorney for the association for almost nine years.  In this capacity, he was responsible for lobbying at the local, state and federal level, providing legal analysis, and liaison activities with Republican and Democrat-related organizations.
