The Mason County Chapter of the League of Women Voters called into Daybreak to talk about an upcoming school they have via ZOOM. The school teaches how you can attend a "Speak Up" and learn how to best present your ideas for change. Redistricting happens after the census and is valid for the next 10 years. The census numbers provide information on how to redistrict voting areas based on the new population numbers.

Tammy Bacigalupo from Turning Pointe Survivor Advocacy Center called in again during the month of April to encourage people to wear denim on Wednesday, April 27 and the reason behind it.

During the Sheriff Sit-Down, presented by Our Community Credit Union, Mason County Sheriff Casey Salisbury and Chaplain Joel Harris talk about a variety of issues. Sheriff talks about being safe on the waterways and Chaplain tells a story that compares the current issues with vaccines.

During the Focus On Shelton, Presented by Peninsula Credit Union, Central Mason Fire and EMS Chief Mike Patti and Battalion Chief/Medical Services Office Greg Gates came on to provide information to the listeners about the levy vote that is happening on Tuesday, April 27.
