Today we speak with 8 year pro and former McDonald's All American Abdul Gaddy on how he preserves his mental health to maintain a successful career and the things he learned along his journey. From experiencing highs of being a top 2 point guard in his class, to the lows of experiencing injuries and different teams all around the world, "Gaddy" has maintained his course and has been able to win championships and still reach his goal of making an NBA roster. He played college basketball for the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, and also played for the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League, Anyang KGC of the Korean Basketball League, Ankara DSI of the Basketball Super League, S.S. Felice Scandone of the Lega Basket Serie A, Guangzhou Loong Lions (CBA), Olimpia Milan and Panathanaikos of the EuroLeague.
