Bio:Emily is a yoga teacher, school teacher, wellness innovator & retreat facilitator who focuses on the process of "unlearning" conditioned limitations. She believes yoga is a tool that unbinds you from whatever restricts you - whether physical tension, mental / emotional stress or spiritual disconnect. She knows from experience that surrendering to the medicine offered though yoga, breath work & meditation can unlock freedom in your entire life. As a teacher, she offers intellectual understanding, inspires a deep intention to learn and provides unconditional support on your journey back to your own intuition & spiritual intelligence. This is done through her custom yoga integration packages including: one on one consultation, distance consultation, workplace wellness and international retreats.
